STIHL SHOP Botany has got to be the best STIHL store in the country, such a great range and an immaculately clean store. The owner who served me was super knowledgable and helpful with all the questions I had, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Cedric and the staff at the Botany Stihl branch gave us excellent customer service when buying a leaf blower and line trimmer. Highly recommend this branch if you appreciate great service, they have excellent product knowledge which gave us confidence in our purchase.

We were served by Cedric this morning. 10/10 customer service. Very welcoming & he gave my partner lots of info and tips on how to use his new weedeater. Such a nice guy with a good team behind him. Definitely knows his stuff. I definitely recommend the Botany Stihl shop. Can’t wait to come back again for our first service😁

I came looking for advice on a Weber Q and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They stocked the full range of Weber Qs and accessories here. I walked out with what I needed, some extra accessories and there was no overselling. She patiently explained and answered my questions

Great service, friendly stuff and very professional. We never had our lawn mower services before for 10 yr and because of a broken blade we found STHL and asked if they could help. The guys here did a wonderful job and I am definitely coming back every year for service.
