These biological growths destroy protective coatings, and make concrete and asphalt driveways, paths, patios and timber decks slippery and dangerous.
Bio-Shield® is a biodegradable biocide that selectively kills moss, algae, lichen and bacteria on any exterior surface. When diluted with water and applied, it immediately starts working to kill unsightly growths. As a result of natural weathering from rain and wind, the dead growths are gradually removed and flushed away without damaging the surface.
The cleaning process on concrete will take 2 to 4 months.
On other surfaces it can take from 3 to 12 months to clean depending on the level of growth present, the type of surface, and total rainfall over the cleaning period.
No Scrubbing and No Water Blast Cleaning is required.
